SHIPPING

All items are made by hand and often MADE TO ORDER. Unless otherwise noted, please allow at least 10 BUSINESS* days

for your order to be made and shipped.

Here are average times ONCE SHIPPED (so add 10 business day manufacturing times to the following times):

To Canada: within 1 week with tracking & insurance (from order date add 10 business days, then 1 week for arrival)

To USA:

(REG) within 2 weeks with tracking & insurance (from order date add 10 business days, then 2 weeks for arrival)

(RUSH) within 1 week with tracking & insurance (from order date add 10 business days, then 1 week for arrival)

To International:

(REG) 1 month min. no tracking or insurance.

(TRACKED) 4-17 business days, tracked, insurance up to $100.

(RUSH) 5 business days, tracked, insurance up to $100.

I DO NOT SHIP TO BRAZIL or RUSSIA: unfortunately, I have had too many complications sending items to these countries. Most packages do not make it to their destinations. At this point, I will not be shipping to Brazil or Russia until further notice.

Payment

Payments must be made via paypal.

Your item will only be eligible for shipping once full payment is received. Please see lead times for items in our shipping policies.

My prices are well thought out, fair and based on the need to keep my business afloat. They are firm and non negotiable.

All Items are made to order and take 10 business days to make.

Refunds and Exchanges

Markhed is dedicated to customer satisfaction. This is my number one priority and I take it very seriously.

You can buy with confidence because if you don't like your piece you can exchange it within 30 days of PURCHASE DATE.

Shipping costs are not refunded.
