Production Time
Unless otherwise noted, items in my shop are made-to-order just for you. This means, it can take between 10 business days to be made.
Shipping Times
All items are made by hand and often MADE TO ORDER. Unless otherwise noted, please allow at least 10 BUSINESS days for your order to be made and shipped.
All orders are shipped out from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Here are average times ONCE SHIPPED:
Within Canada
Regular – $10 – Within 1 week, tracking & insurance
RUSH – $15 – Within 3 Days, tracking & insurance
To the USA
USA – 10 DAY – $13 – Within 2 weeks, tracking & insurance.
USA – 5 DAY – $28 – Within 1 week, tracking & insurance
USA – Overnight – $75 – Overnight – tracking & insurance
Everywhere Else
Regular – $varies – Within 1 month, no tracking & no insurance
RUSH – $varies – Within 2 weeks, tracking
Returns
Customer service is my #1 priority. I want you to be completely happy with your order. Exchanges are always accepted, within 60 days of PURCHASE date.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Returns will be accepted on a case by case method.
My Order is Late! What do I do!?
All products are shipped out from Montreal, Canada. Packages entering other countries are subject to customs border crossing and investigations. Therefore, delays can sometimes result due to customs.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do here at Markhed to find out if your package is delayed at customs. Once the package is in the mail, we have as much information as you do as the receiver.
That being said, if the package has still not arrived 1.5 months after shipment, we invite you to write us and we can help you figure out a solution.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. Using PayPal allows you to be sure that your credit card number is safe, and it protects both seller and buyer against fraud.
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase with PayPal. You an use it as a guest without actually having to register. please see PayPal’s website for more information: http://www.paypal.com
At this time, we do not take checks or money orders.

Prices are fair and set to keep the business running.
Handcrafted in Montreal, Canada each piece is made in a fair working environment. This means that you can have confidence that you are supporting a local business, meaning, that the production of the pieces you see are not outsourced to other countries where labor standard can be questionable.
We try very hard to keep our prices competitive and reasonable.
